Dual Study Program Industrial Engineering – Facility Management

At our Stuttgart location, we offer in cooperation with DHBW Stuttgart starting October 1, 2027, the 3-year dual study program Industrial Engineering – Facility Management. In a 4-month rotation, you'll alternate between practical phases at our company and theoretical phases at DHBW Stuttgart. You'll connect technical, economic, and organizational topics and learn the following tasks of modern facility management: Participation in planning, controlling, and optimizing facility management processes. Support in maintaining technical systems and building infrastructure. Contribution to projects on digitalization, smart building, and energy efficiency. Analysis and evaluation of technical and business KPIs. Support in implementing sustainable and economical building concepts. Participation in maintenance, operator, and facility management projects. Collaboration with customers, service providers, and internal departments. Insights into the commercial, technical, and infrastructural services of facility management.

You have a technical college or general higher education entrance qualification with particular strengths in natural sciences, math, and German. You're interested in technical contexts and business topics and bring analytical thinking and a structured work style? You're also confident with common MS Office applications?
