Apprenticeship as Road Maintenance Worker

Become a hero of our roads – start your career as a road maintenance worker (m/f/d)! As of August 1, 2027, we are looking for you for the apprenticeship as a road maintenance worker (m/f/d) at Zeppelin Rental GmbH in Genthin. You are part of a team that makes roads safer and clearer. You will learn everything about securing construction and accident sites and setting up road closures. You will also help set up traffic signs, apply or remove road markings, and ensure that traffic light systems function smoothly. You will assist in erecting traffic signs, applying and removing road markings, setting up road equipment, and learn how to handle traffic light systems. Your practical training takes place in cooperation with our network partners and through assignments at various workplaces and Zeppelin Rental locations in your region. For theoretical training, you will attend vocational school.

By summer 2027, you have a good qualifying secondary school diploma, intermediate school leaving certificate, or (technical) university entrance qualification. You enjoy working with technical devices and understand that clear rules and regulations are important to protect all road users. You have manual dexterity and like working outdoors. You are responsible and enjoy team cohesion. You can be relied on completely! Physically demanding work is fun for you. You meet the requirements to obtain a Class CE driver's license (truck) with us.

Regular salary – In the first apprenticeship year you receive 1,273 € gross per month (2nd year: 1,328 € | 3rd year: 1,403 €). We cover the costs for your Class CE driver's license (truck).
