Internal Sales Advisor with Focus on Disposition of Construction Machinery & Equipment

Central point of contact: You advise our customers in internal sales on our product and service portfolio in the area of construction machinery and equipment. Customer loyalty: You are committed to the satisfaction of your customers and build long-term and trusting customer relationships. Customer consulting: You recognize the individual needs of your customers and proactively offer customer-oriented and economical rental solutions. Order processing: You are responsible for handling the administrative processes from the agreement of rental conditions to invoicing. Disposition: You take care of the correct delivery and reliably monitor the return and condition of our products. Interface to customers and suppliers: You work closely with receivables management and financial accounting as well as with our freight forwarders and repair service providers.

• Education: You have completed a commercial / technical apprenticeship, or have a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience: You have already gained experience in rental, sales or proactive customer consulting - industry knowledge is an advantage.
• Solution orientation: You are characterized by a strong customer and service orientation and are only happy when your customers are too.
• Implementation strength: You implement your tasks in a targeted, success-oriented and independent manner.
