Construction Logistics Project Manager

At the earliest possible date, we are looking for a project manager in the field of construction logistics for our product area Logistics, Consulting & Management at our location in Munich Unterschleißheim.

• You are responsible for the coordination and execution of the project handling of construction logistics services, including monitoring and controlling deadlines and the quality of services rendered
• You take over invoicing and cost control in close cooperation with commercial project management
• You are responsible for change order management and the sale of additional services
• In coordination with the client and all project participants, you control and coordinate the activities of the project-specific project team

• Successfully completed degree - You hold a (technical) university degree as a civil engineer, structural engineering technician or a comparable profession in the construction industry
• Professional experience & technical knowledge - You have several years of professional experience in the areas of construction logistics, construction management, project control or work preparation. You also have good knowledge of construction calculation software and common MS Office programs
• Negotiation skills - Your communication strength and consulting competence in dealing with clients and project participants characterize you. In negotiation situations you keep a cool head and don't lose sight of your goal
• Commitment & organizational talent - High commitment and flexibility are a matter of course for you. You convince with your goal-oriented, success-oriented and structured way of working and your coordination skills
