Shipping Coordinator

ZF is expanding its logistics team at its Wagenfeld and Diepholz sites as soon as possible. The role involves coordinating domestic and international shipping processes and providing technical support to the shipping team.

• Coordinate and manage domestic and international shipping processes to ensure a smooth flow of goods
• Ensure all shipping documents are correctly prepared and checked
• Organize special deliveries and coordinate with all relevant teams
• Provide technical guidance to shipping employees and support the team leader in managing daily operations
• Monitor deadlines, address deviations and take appropriate corrective action
• Contribute to process improvement projects and prepare relevant performance figures

• Completed commercial vocational training, ideally in freight forwarding, logistics or industry
• Work experience in shipping, logistics or exports
• Knowledge of shipping and customs procedures, and confidence using SAP and MS Office
• Organizational skills, a structured approach to work, and strong communication and teamwork skills
• A sense of responsibility, assertiveness and ideally some experience coordinating employees' work
• German and English language skills are required; a forklift licence is an advantage
