Team Leader

Performing value-adding activities, handling complex systems and automation, ensuring production parameters, scheduling and guiding employees, ensuring quality and production standards, performing control and test activities, initiating corrective measures, eliminating/reporting disruptions, maintenance and repair work, independent setup operations, workplace reporting, supporting improvement measures, instructing team colleagues, ensuring compliance with work instructions, participating in workshops.

• Performing value-adding activities
• Handling complex systems and automation within the scope of predominantly defined difficult technical tasks
• Ensuring relevant production parameters
• Needs-based scheduling and guidance of employees
• Ensuring compliance with quality and production standards
• Carrying out control and test activities
• Initiating corrective measures in case of deviations
• Eliminating/reporting disruptions, escalating if necessary
• Carrying out maintenance and repair work
• Independent execution of setup processes on the entire system/machine
• Carrying out/checking workplace notifications
• Supporting the implementation of improvement measures (e.g. Lean, Kaizen)
• Workplace-specific instruction of team colleagues
• Ensuring compliance with work instructions
• Participating in workshops

• Required are knowledge and skills typically acquired through a completed at least 3-year job-specific vocational training
• System, process and product knowledge
• Knowledge of the IT systems used (ERP, MS Office)
• German language skills
• Knowledge of ensuring accident prevention regulations
