Program Description
The Zahnmedizinischer Fachangestellter program prepares you to work alongside dentists in dental practices and clinics. You'll learn patient management, appointment scheduling, billing, dental record keeping, and assisting with dental procedures. The training includes dental anatomy, hygiene protocols, instrument preparation, taking dental impressions, and radiation safety for dental x-rays. ZFAs also learn preventive care education to help patients maintain good oral hygiene. This role combines administrative skills with clinical assistance in a specialized healthcare setting.
