Production Assistant *

Support in sheet metal and machining operations, material preparation, machine operation, quality control and general production-related tasks.

• Read, understand and reliably use technical drawings, bills of materials and work instructions
• Support sheet metal processing and machining operations
• Support the further processing of semi-finished products and help maintain consistently high quality
• Operate machines and equipment in compliance with all safety regulations
• Check and inspect products for possible defects and support quality assurance
• Carry out simple maintenance and repair work on machines and work equipment as instructed
• Perform various production-related support tasks and assist the team

• Ideally, initial experience in production, metalworking or a skilled technical environment; career changers with technical understanding are also welcome.
• Familiarity with tools, machines or technical work instructions; initial knowledge of metal processing is an advantage.
• Manual dexterity, basic technical understanding and a careful, quality-conscious approach to work.
• Reliable and responsible working style, with consistent compliance with work instructions and safety requirements.
• Teamwork, willingness to learn and motivation to take on new tasks.
