Architect/Planner as Tender Writer for Hospital Construction

• Responsibility for service phases 6 and 7 of our individual construction projects in healthcare
• Preparation of tenders for subcontractor services considering economic and technical objectives
• Support in award negotiations or independent management of these
• Close collaboration with our planners as well as project and construction managers
• Execution and support of public and restricted tenders
• Coordination with project teams and integration of work results

• Successfully completed engineering degree, e.g., in architecture or civil engineering, or comparable technical training with professional experience
• Practical experience on construction sites is a plus
• Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in tendering and awarding contracts
• Experience in hospital construction is an advantage but not a prerequisite
• You have very good MS Office skills and experience with relevant tendering software, ideally ORCA
• You are characterized by good organizational skills, teamwork, independent working style, and commitment
