Lead Fitter Plant Construction / Pipeline Construction

As a lead fitter at Kramer & Best GmbH (VINCI Energies), you look after projects in the Ingelheim area with occasional assignments in Mainz and Darmstadt. You combine hands-on installation work with independent coordination of personnel, materials and technical processes.

• Installation & implementation: you actively participate in industrial pipeline construction, steel construction and industrial assembly and ensure professional execution
• Team leadership & coordination: you guide the assembly team on the construction site, assign tasks and coordinate the work on site
• Site organization: you plan and coordinate schedules, materials and workflows and ensure structured assembly processing
• Technical inspection & documentation: you create and check isometrics, carry out precise measurements and pressure tests and are responsible for complete as-built documentation
• Commissioning & coordination: you support technical commissioning and work closely with construction and project managers and our customers

• Qualification: You have a completed technical vocational training, for example as a plant mechanic, pipeline builder, industrial mechanic or locksmith
• Professional experience: You have practical experience in industrial plant construction or pipeline construction
• Technical knowledge: You know the processes on industrial construction sites and ideally have experience with isometrics, measurements and pressure tests
• Leadership & responsibility: You enjoy taking responsibility, can give technical guidance to employees and keep an overview even with multiple tasks
• Working style: You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented way and value quality and professional execution
• Communication & mobility: You are friendly and confident with customers and colleagues and are willing to take on regional construction site assignments. Knowledge of Croatian or Bosnian is welcome
