Site Manager Facility Management / Cleanroom Cleaning

Full-time position as a site manager (m/f/d) in facility management in Ingelheim am Rhein, with a strong focus on cleanroom cleaning for a major client in building cleaning.

• You personally look after our major client in Ingelheim in building cleaning, with a strong focus on cleanroom cleaning
• You lead our site supervisors (m/f/d) and service staff both professionally and in disciplinary matters
• You are responsible for revenue and results in your area
• Based on targets and business indicators, you develop strategies for cost savings and performance optimization
• You ensure compliance with Piepenbrock guidelines on site

• You preferably hold a university degree or vocational training with relevant professional experience in a business or technical field
• You already have experience in cleanroom cleaning
• You have already carried out large projects
• You have at least two years of professional experience
• You preferably have experience leading employees (m/f/d)
• You are characterized by entrepreneurial thinking, a hands-on mentality and a service-oriented approach
