Payroll Clerk

As a Payroll Clerk (w/m/d) at Actemium, you take responsibility for the correct payroll accounting of our employees and are an important contact person in the HR team.

Independent preparation of payroll accounting taking into account wage tax, social security, and labor law regulations for a defined area of responsibility; Maintenance of personnel master data from entry to exit; Contact person for your area of responsibility regarding all internal and external queries; Coordination on topics around electronic time management; In addition to correspondence with authorities, social security institutions, and offices as well as certification and reporting duties, the creation of statistics and reports also belongs to your tasks.

You have a completed commercial vocational training, e.g., as an Office Management Clerk, Industrial Clerk, Personnel Services Clerk (w/m/d) or comparable; You have knowledge of wage tax and social security law; You have already gained solid professional experience in the field of payroll accounting and SAP; Working with MS Office comes easily to you; You are characterized by reliability and an independent and self-responsible way of working; A strong service orientation is important to you.
