Customer communications and marketing apprenticeship

A three-year customer communications and marketing apprenticeship at ADAC Sachsen e.V. in Plauen. You learn to advise members and customers and understand business processes in the branch and telephone service centre. This full-time position involves 38 hours per week.

• ADAC provides help when you need it. You are our voice. As a customer communications and marketing apprentice, you are the first point of contact for members and customers with questions about membership benefits and insurance. From planning a travel route to practical questions about car insurance, you become an expert in handling their enquiries.
• During your apprenticeship, you gain insight into the varied processes in the branch and telephone service centre, such as staff scheduling and back-office work.
• You also learn about ADAC Sachsen's different business departments. Varied tasks help you successfully put theory into practice.
