Certified Accountant

ADAC Niedersachsen/Sachsen-Anhalt e.V. is seeking a certified accountant in Laatzen for a permanent, full-time role in finance, controlling and financial services.

• Independently process ongoing business transactions, prepare reports and reconcile the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers.
• Play a key technical role in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and audits by tax authorities and external auditors.
• Prepare and reconcile advance VAT returns and help maintain GoBD-compliant process documentation.
• Support the transition from Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and help continuously improve processes and adapt systems.

• You have completed further training as an IHK certified accountant or hold a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of experience in accounting for this specialist role.
• You confidently apply your knowledge of preparing annual financial statements, commercial law and VAT law.
• You are confident using accounting software and ideally have knowledge of Dynamics NAV/Navision or Business Central.
• You have strong Excel skills.
• Your work is structured, careful, focused on solutions and highly accurate.
• You combine teamwork and strong communication skills with confidence when dealing with internal and external contacts.
