Reception Employee - Casual Helper at the Driving Safety Center Embsen

The ADAC Driving Safety Center Hansa is an innovative driving safety, driving experience and training center for driving safety, driving experience, incentives and events of all kinds. A casual reception helper is wanted, part-time and with no end date.

• The work takes place only on weekends and public holidays. In this role you warmly greet and look after participants and are the first contact for trainers, participants and external visitors.
• You are responsible for the administrative handling of the trainings, including registration, check-in and documentation.
• You carefully process participant documents and maintain data, lists and relevant documentation.
• You support the sale and administration of vouchers and training offers.
• You coordinate and support organizational processes before, during and after the trainings.
• You ensure a tidy, professional and welcoming reception area and help create a pleasant atmosphere.
• You have a service-oriented way of working, organizational talent, strong communication skills and good knowledge of common MS Office applications.

• You have a friendly, service-minded and confident manner.
• You enjoy working with people and have a strong customer focus.
• You work independently and in a structured way, and have good organizational talent.
• You stand out through reliability, team spirit and flexibility.
• Ideally you have commercial experience or experience in customer service.
