Automotive Mechatronics Technician as Roadside Assistance Driver

• Provide professional support: With your automotive know-how, you offer our members reliable and professional assistance at the breakdown site. Through comprehensive onboarding and the support of experienced colleagues, we ensure that you can start successfully with us.
• Solve technical problems: You diagnose and rectify technical defects on motor vehicles and bicycles to make them roadworthy again. In addition, you give road users competent information and inform them about possible follow-up measures.
• Coordination and cooperation: In close coordination with our dispatch and external partners, you ensure that the breakdown assistance process runs smoothly.
• Support and acquire members: You are the first point of contact for our members on site, advise them on their membership, inform them about additional services and win new members as a representative of ADAC.

• Professional requirements: You have a completed apprenticeship as an automotive mechatronics technician, automotive mechanic or automotive electrician (f/m/d) and are willing to use and further develop your skills.
• Mobility: A valid class B driving licence (or old class 3) is required so that you can reach our assignments safely and reliably.
