About this Apprenticeship
Permanent full-time roadside assistance role with ADAC in Ludwigshafen am Rhein and Speyer. Help members with breakdowns, diagnose technical faults and work shifts and weekends. The working week is 37 hours, reducing to 36 hours from 2027.
What You'll Learn
- Provide reliable, professional help to members at breakdown sites using your vehicle expertise
- Diagnose and repair faults in motor vehicles and bicycles, and explain possible next steps
- Coordinate with dispatch staff and external partners to keep roadside assistance running smoothly
- Advise members on their membership and additional services, and recruit new members as an ADAC representative
Requirements
- Completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician, vehicle mechanic or automotive electrician, with willingness to use and develop your skills
- Valid category B driving licence or old category 3 licence
- Independent and reliable working style with a friendly, professional manner
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Creative thinking, openness to new challenges, enjoyment of modern IT systems and willingness to learn
