We are looking for a committed automotive mechatronics technician (f/m/d) who, with passion, innovative spirit and technical competence, provides our members with competent and reliable assistance in breakdown situations. We offer you a permanent employment contract, holiday and Christmas bonuses and 30 days of holiday so that you can get off to a flying start both professionally and privately.

• Provide professional assistance: Using your automotive expertise, you offer our members reliable and professional help directly at the breakdown site.

• Coordination and cooperation: In close coordination with our dispatch centre and external partners you ensure that the breakdown assistance process runs smoothly.
• Support and acquire members: You are the first point of contact for our members on site, advise them on their membership, inform them about additional services and win new members as a representative of ADAC.

• Professional qualifications: You have completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician, automotive mechanic or automotive electrician (f/m/d) and are willing to apply and further develop your skills.
• Mobility: A valid class B driving licence (or old class 3) is required so that you can reach assignments safely and reliably.
• Service orientation: Our members appreciate an independent and reliable working style as well as a friendly and professional demeanour.
• Flexibility: Shift and weekend work are part of the job, but this also gives you particular flexibility. Experience the advantages of our flexible working time models, which not only give you more time for family and leisure but also individual options such as part-time work.
• Willingness to learn: With your creative mindset and openness to new challenges you master every technical problem. You enjoy working with modern IT systems and like to keep learning – ensuring your job never gets boring.
