About this Apprenticeship
Training Coordinator at ADAC Hessen-Thüringen e.V. in Nohra (Thuringia). Full-time, permanent, for experienced professionals. You are the contact person for the trainers in running the trainings and help with planning, recruiting and events.
What You'll Learn
- Contact person for permanently employed and freelance trainers in running the trainings
- Help with deployment and capacity planning of the trainers, especially creating the daily schedule
- Carry out trainings
- Support the recruiting of new trainers and their onboarding
- Implement safety-related standards and contribute to the economically optimal use of the driving safety centre capacity
- Support with events, special trainings and customer requests
- Cover for the Driving Trainer Team Coordinator during absence for the Thuringia site, and plan and run workshops together with them
Requirements
- Qualified trainer for cars, vans and/or commercial vehicles and/or motorcycles with proven, solid experience in the training areas according to DRV or ADAC guidelines
- Valid driving licence for the relevant class (car/motorcycle/commercial vehicle) and several years of driving practice
- Relevant knowledge of MS Office programs and strong motivation to keep learning regularly
- High level of technical understanding and interest in technical innovation
- Independent, agile way of working, team spirit and passion for interacting with people
- Flexible working hours and working at different locations are no problem
