About this Apprenticeship
Permanent full-time role with ADAC Württemberg e.V. in Ravensburg. Sell memberships, insurance and financial services, and advise members and customers in person and by phone.
What You'll Learn
- Actively and confidently sell ADAC memberships, insurance and financial services, always matching each customer's needs.
- Advise members and customers in person and by phone about ADAC membership, member benefits and mobility.
- Answer questions and offer customers suitable services and products.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, for example in a commercial field
- Strong communication skills, a strong focus on customer service and enjoyment of active sales, enabling you to advise customers enthusiastically and persuade them of the value of our services
- A strong interest in mobility, insurance and financial services
- An independent, adaptable approach to work and strong team spirit
