Revenue Management Specialist

Permanent full time revenue management role at ADAC Luftrettung gGmbH. You will strengthen the financial basis of air rescue through financial calculations, contract negotiations, pricing strategies and financial reviews of tenders. You will work entirely at the Oberpfaffenhofen campus.

• Pricing and negotiations: Maintain the financial stability of our air rescue stations, end payment agreements within the required notice periods and arrange new agreements. Independently prepare financial calculations, figures and presentations for contract negotiations, develop arguments and key messages, and record negotiation results. Assess the financial effects of price changes and prepare information to help management make decisions.
• Managing contacts and relationships: Work closely with sales, accounting and financial control teams to coordinate pricing measures and help develop pricing strategies for the business. Act as a contact for contract partners, maintaining clear communication and strong relationships.
• Tender support: Review public tender documents for financial risks and prepare financial calculations for bids.
• Projects and special tasks: Prepare reports and analyses for people inside and outside the organization, and support projects and work across air rescue departments.

• Education: You have completed a degree in Business Administration or Health Economics, or hold a comparable qualification focused on business or emergency medical services.
• Knowledge: You are confident with numbers and have sound knowledge of cost and management accounting, ideally combined with business thinking and experience in emergency medical services. You are also confident using MS Office and have experience with SAP.
• Experience: You have several years of experience in healthcare, cost accounting or financial control, ideally involving emergency medical services.
• Communication: You have very good German skills and can explain complex topics clearly, both in speech and in writing. You present yourself confidently, negotiate well and can persuade others.
• Working style: Your structured, analytical approach and focus on finding solutions help you complete tasks efficiently and reliably.
