About this Apprenticeship
Permanent part-time position at ADAC Südbayern e.V. in Regensburg. The role combines travel advice and sales with advice on ADAC membership, mobility, insurance and financial services.
What You'll Learn
- Use your engaging approach to inspire customers to explore holiday destinations around the world and actively promote our wide range of travel services.
- Provide practical help and advice to members and customers on ADAC membership, member benefits and mobility.
- Actively sell ADAC insurance and financial services, and arrange individual services and products related to ADAC membership, always matching the customer's needs.
- Deliver excellent service in person and by telephone to attract new customers and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Requirements
- You have successfully completed vocational training, for example as a travel consultant, or can demonstrate a similar qualification.
- Your strong communication skills, focus on service and enjoyment of active sales enable you to advise customers convincingly and get them interested in our services.
- You have an interest in mobility, insurance and financial services, along with sound knowledge of travel, travel products and destinations. Please state your preferred weekly working hours in your application.
