About this Apprenticeship
Permanent full-time position with ADAC Hessen-Thüringen e.V. in Eisenach. Advise members and customers on membership, mobility, insurance and financial services, and sell suitable products and services.
What You'll Learn
- Actively sell ADAC memberships, insurance and financial services based on each customer's needs
- Advise members and customers in person and by phone on ADAC membership, member benefits and mobility
- Answer questions and offer suitable individual services and goods
Requirements
- Relevant experience in sales or customer service
- Strong communication skills, a strong focus on service and enjoyment of active sales to advise customers confidently and convince them of the services offered
- Strong interest in mobility, insurance and financial services
- An independent, adaptable approach to work and team spirit
