About this Apprenticeship
DEVK is looking for service-minded sales staff and career changers to support its customers in Eisenach. This is a permanent, full-time position.
What You'll Learn
- You are the main contact for existing and potential customers.
- You review and improve customers' current insurance cover.
- You regularly check whether customers' cover fits their current circumstances.
- Customers can always count on your support when they make a claim.
- We build close customer relationships and advise customers at their location, at the agency or by video call.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in insurance and finance, or a qualification as an insurance clerk or insurance specialist (m/f/d)
- For career changers (m/f/d): sales experience; we will train you to become an IHK-certified insurance specialist
- Passion for sales
- Strong focus on customers and service
- A convincing personality and strong communication skills
