What You'll Learn
- Consulting: In IT projects with (insurance-)mathematical focus you advise our customers and actively contribute your analytical thinking.
- Solution design: From the first idea to implementation you conceive and develop individual, customer-specific solutions.
- Responsibility: With high independence you drive your topics forward and are a visible, valued contact person internally and externally.
- Further development: You develop our processes and consulting portfolio professionally and shape innovative solutions for the digitalization of our customers.
- AI focus: You bring generative AI and smart automation into our consulting projects and make actuarial processes more efficient and future-proof.
Requirements
- Studies: A completed degree in mathematics, physics, computer science or a comparable natural science subject forms your basis for this role.
- Consulting experience: Ideally you have already gained initial experience in a consulting environment and feel comfortable in project situations.
- Industry knowledge: Initial experience in the insurance environment is a plus and helps you understand professional requirements quickly.
- Communication: You reliably identify complex issues, structure them and present them understandably for different target groups.
- AI affinity: You are interested in how technologies such as generative AI and machine learning can support and change actuarial work.
- Language skills: Your very good German and good English skills enable you to communicate confidently.
