• Customer contact: You advise our customers on optimizing business processes in company pension schemes (bAV) within the scope of the introduction of in|sure Pension.
• Analysis and consulting: You analyze customer processes and advise customers on aligning their requirements.
• Implementation: You define the adaptation needs and work on implementing the solutions.
• Be the link: You are the link between technical requirements and technical implementation.
• Tests: You accompany functional and system tests.
• Acceptance: You accompany the acceptance process in customer projects.

• Professional experience: You have relevant professional experience in the insurance industry or in the field of bAV. The icing on the cake would be if you already have several years of experience in the introduction of software systems in the insurance industry.
• IT affinity: You bring an interest in IT and the willingness to delve deeper into it. You are enthusiastic about software solutions in the process landscape of insurance companies and enjoy consulting.
• Soft skills: You have strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as a quick grasp. For work in customer projects, you bring persuasiveness and formative power. You describe your way of working as solution-oriented.
• Language skills: You have very good German skills in word and writing (at least C1 level).
