E-Mail Marketing Specialist

• Campaign management: As a driving force in email marketing, you are responsible for the conception, creation, dispatch and maintenance of target group-specific email campaigns and newsletters.
• Automation: You build marketing automation processes such as nurture flows, onboarding and re-engagement campaigns and continuously develop them further.
• Data management: You carefully maintain and segment our contacts in the CRM systems MS Dynamics and HubSpot.
• Testing: Through planned A/B tests on subject lines, content and dispatch times, you optimize the performance of your campaigns.
• Reporting: With regular reports and analyses of central KPIs such as open rates, CTR and conversions, you derive concrete optimization measures.
• Collaboration: In close coordination with Content, Design and Sales, you coordinate email measures across channels and ensure compliance with GDPR requirements.

• Professional experience: With at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in email marketing or digital marketing, you bring the necessary practice for this role.
• Tools: You have practical experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems such as HubSpot and MS Dynamics and segment data securely for different target groups.
• Analysis: Thanks to your pronounced analytical thinking, you work data-driven and evaluate campaigns based on relevant KPIs.
• Communication: With your feel for target-group-appropriate texts, you formulate clear and convincing messages for our recipients.
• Technology: Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for working on email templates is ideally already brought by you.
• AI competence: You are curious about artificial intelligence, use AI-supported tools in your daily work and build up your skills step by step.
• Language skills: Your very good German and good English skills enable you to communicate securely.
