CHALLENGE ACCEPTED. Because behind invoices, salaries, and tax returns are real people, real companies, and quite a few decisions. TAX SPECIALIST – WHAT DO YOU ACTUALLY DO? In short: You help our clients (that's what we call our customers) keep track of numbers, accounting, and taxes. You don't sit alone at spreadsheets all day. You get to know companies, work digitally, and quickly realize: behind every number there's a real story. AND WHAT DO YOU REALLY DO THEN? An invoice comes in. Now what? You check receipts, record them digitally, and figure out where everything belongs. Eventually you see not just individual numbers but understand what they tell about a company. At month-end, the correct salary should land in the account. You help prepare payroll accounting – and quickly understand what happens between gross and net. The year is over. What now? You work on tax returns, evaluations, and annual financial statements. From many individual numbers, a complete picture emerges at the end. And eventually you know more than just the name in the file. You know how your client's company works, what topics are currently up – and can help with initial questions yourself. What do you bring? Above all, curiosity and the desire to really understand things. Your degree: You have a good secondary school diploma, technical college entrance qualification, or high school diploma. Communication is your strength: You express yourself confidently and clearly in German – both orally and in writing. Numbers? No problem. You think logically and want to know what's behind numbers – instead of just typing them. You don't lose the thread easily. Even when several things are going on at once, you work carefully and keep an overview. Asking questions is explicitly allowed. You like working with others and want to be able to do a little more every day. Tax knowledge? You don't need it yet. You'll learn it with us.
