Field Service Engineer Industrial Inkjet

Agfa is looking for a Field Service Engineer Inkjet (m/f/d) in its Inkjet division. Start date: as soon as possible.

• Implementing customer projects in digital printing
• Installing and commissioning Agfa printing systems, setting up and integrating the systems, training machine users, acceptance testing according to valid guidelines and handover
• Repair, modification and maintenance of inkjet printing systems
• Diagnosing complex technical and general problems, error analysis, decision-making and troubleshooting
• Independently carrying out problem solutions by remote service or on site, and documenting them
• Technical advice and support for customers, sales and management
• Creating internal documents, such as service orders and travel expense reports
• Working according to ISO processes and instructions

• Degree or training in mechatronics, precision engineering or comparable technical training with several years of professional experience
• Experience in color management and application techniques with various print media
• You can work independently, solution-oriented and under time pressure with high quality standards
• You are service-oriented and always focused on meeting our customers' needs.
• Very good communication skills
• You are flexible and can adapt quickly to changing requirements and working conditions
• Excellent German and good English skills
• High amount of travel
