• Build an understanding of the end to end supply chain through the Procurement process
• Undertake a variety of rotational placements within teams in and around Procurement
• Gain hands-on experience with placements in Commercial (Flyable) Procurement, General Procurement and Supply Chain Operations
• Develop skills in all elements of supplier management, negotiation and contract management

• 3 A Levels – a minimum of two B's and one C, or equivalent subject to validation
• Minimum GCSE Grade C/4 or above in Mathematics and English Language
• A-levels in Business, Economics or Maths would be an advantage but not essential.
