Specialist Galvanics

As a highly specialized team, we handle the galvanic surface treatment and refinement of gear and drive components with the utmost precision and technical expertise. Through our dedicated work on these critical components, we make a direct contribution to safety and reliability so that our helicopters can take off safely at any time.

• You manually clean, derust and strip high-value parts
• Your main task consists of preparing, setting up, operating and monitoring systems and galvanic baths
• In case of deviations, you handle the adjustment of individual components and rectify routine faults
• You perform surface protection work
• You also take samples for quality controls, inspect parts using measuring instruments and document the test results
• You also take care of system maintenance and repair work

• You have completed training as a Surface Coater/Galvanizer (all genders) or comparable vocational training
• Alternatively, you already have many years of experience in the field of galvanics/surface technology
• You have manual dexterity to perform work on high-value parts
• Your German skills are good in both spoken and written form
• You are careful in handling hazardous substances and work routinely in protective clothing
• You are willing to work in a 2-shift system or possibly a 3-shift system
