Tool Presetter

Each shift gets a contact person for providing tools and equipment, an important anchor in the manufacturing process for smooth production. • You provide tools and equipment according to company specifications
• You schedule equipment from given documents and maintain the equipment system FATOOL / CREO
• In consultation with work preparation, you create equipment in the CAD system
• You manage consumables, carry out stock checks and initiate reorders and demand reports in consultation
• Providing all required turning and milling tools for a production order, with attention to deadlines and quality, is also one of your main tasks
• Using the tool presetting device, you assemble, measure and provide complete tools as specified and recondition them when needed
• You coordinate workflows within tool presetting and advise on the use of cutting tools

• You have completed technical training or several years of professional experience in tool presetting
• You have experience with tool measuring machines and shrink-fit devices
• You work independently and carefully
• You enjoy working in a team and have a high awareness of quality
• You are proficient with common MS Office applications
• Working in a 3-shift system suits you well
