Make it happen, make it fly: In your 3.5-year apprenticeship in cooperation with the Vocational School of Energy Technology Altona (Hamburg) you will learn:
- Professional handling of technical documents and dealing with sensitive tiny components
- Proper wiring and soldering of electromechanical and electronic components and assemblies
- Analyzing, designing and optimizing modern functionalities in the aircraft After successful completion, a takeover at Airbus Operations is possible.
What You'll Learn
- Your Daily Business – these are your tasks:
- Cabin Electronics: You manufacture boards and devices for the aircraft cabin from mechanical, electrical and electronic components
- Future Tech: You support the development of novel devices and analyze hardware and software solutions for them
- Precision Work: You commission, test, adjust and repair printed circuit boards and information and communication technology
Requirements
- Your boarding pass:
- Your check-in pack: Complete CV (please from elementary school, from month/year to month/year), your last 2 school reports (please all pages)
- Your foundation: At least first general school leaving certificate (ESA)
- Your interests: Enjoyment of math and physics is desirable
- Your language skills: At least B1 German (for international qualifications)
- Your extra: Unrestricted color vision (important for distinguishing colored cables and electronics!)
- Your mindset: You are a team player and eager for new things
