Dual study program Bachelor of Science Electrical Engineering and Information Technology with Master of Science Electrical Engineering (d/m/w) starting 01.10.2027. The dual study program begins on October 1, 2027. However, before the start of studies, a mandatory internship provided for in the study regulations must be completed. You can expect a 3-year bachelor's program and a 2-year master's program at the Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH): Core Skills: You will master the theoretical fundamentals of electrical engineering – from analog/digital transmission technology to microcomputer technology to the design of digital circuits – and complement this engineering knowledge with business thinking, customer orientation and international communication. Specialization: The degree program offers flexible elective options – whether in communications and information technology (e.g. computer networks and coding) or in specializations such as Embedded Systems, Automation and AI, to custom-design the IT and electronics requirements of modern aircraft cabins. Offer: Opportunity for a 2-month commercial internship in areas such as metal processing and the opportunity to gain first practical experience in production (01.08.2027-30.09.2027). After successful completion, a takeover at Airbus Operations is possible.

Code software for cabin systems: You program and optimize control and communication software for passenger systems (e.g. lighting, entertainment and service panels). Develop automated test benches: You design software-based test benches and simulations to thoroughly test electronic cabin components before flight deployment. Agile systems engineering in a team: You analyze system requirements in an agile project environment and develop IT solutions for fault diagnosis and optimization of on-board electronics.
