Working Student in Sales

KID-Systeme GmbH, a wholly owned Airbus subsidiary, is seeking a working student in sales in Buxtehude. The role involves around 18 hours per week, starts on 1 December 2026 and lasts 12 months.

• Create and organise new tenders in Google Drive
• Help prepare formal quotations
• Provide ongoing support and handle daily sales administration enquiries
• Help create sales presentations
• Handle Chinese customers' supplier registration enquiries, including obtaining required certificates and coordinating and completing supplier questionnaires in close cooperation with quality management
• Handle spare parts enquiries from Chinese customers

• Enrolled as a full-time student in economics, law, business administration or a related degree programme
• Intercultural skills: Excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of Chinese business culture and working with Chinese partners
• A team player
• Analytical thinking and the ability to handle complexity
• A problem-solving mindset
• An interest in IT: Confident use of common IT tools and a good basic technical understanding
• An interest in aviation, customer service, electronics and/or industrial processes
• Language skills: Fluent English; good German skills are an advantage
