Occupational Medicine Specialist / Specialist Training in Occupational Medicine

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an occupational medicine specialist, or a qualified medical specialist willing to train in occupational medicine, for its Medical Services department in Hamburg. The role supports employees' physical and mental health.

• Provide occupational health care and carry out individual follow-up examinations
• Advise on preventive measures and health protection
• Recommend and support measures to reduce workplace health risks
• Provide acute and emergency care for employees and guests
• Support effective returns to work and improve employees' health
• Build trusting working relationships with all internal teams
• Actively promote health to maintain a healthy workforce
• Help assess workplaces, advise on projects and support the medical aspects of business travel

• A completed medical degree and specialist medical training, for example in internal medicine, general practice or anaesthesiology, together with a specialist qualification in occupational medicine or willingness to complete this training
• Several years of clinical experience and ideally knowledge of emergency medicine, such as a qualification in emergency medical services
• Confidence using medical software, ideally also Google Workspace
• Team spirit, strong interpersonal skills and strong communication skills
• A committed and responsible approach to work
• Professional fluency in German and English
• Awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity
