Apprenticeship as a Retail Salesperson / Retail Sales Specialist Starting 1 August 2027

Two-year apprenticeship as a retail salesperson or three-year apprenticeship as a retail sales specialist. The training covers retail processes from ordering goods through to sales.

Receiving deliveries; shelving and presenting goods; carrying out freshness checks in the fruit and vegetable section; ensuring baked goods are available; operating the checkout and balancing the till; ensuring order and cleanliness in the store.

Qualifying lower secondary school certificate or intermediate secondary school certificate; enthusiasm for food and consumer goods; motivation, initiative and reliability; numeracy skills; team spirit and enjoyment of customer contact; good German skills at least at B1 level.
