Dual Study Program - Retail Management (Bachelor of Arts)

Dual study program in retail management with six partner universities. Practical phases take place five days a week in different shifts during store opening hours, while university study is completed in blocks.

Build knowledge of retail, sales, product ranges and processes; advise customers in stores and handle digital customer enquiries; actively support department managers with daily tasks; contribute personal ideas; work independently; gain practical experience during the trainee project week and the two-week trainee store.

Abitur or equivalent university entrance qualification completed by the start of the program; open, committed, communicative and team-oriented; responsible, assertive and ambitious; mobile and flexible for assignments at regional stores; enthusiastic about retail, ideally with initial experience from a part-time job or internship.

Graduated pay of €1,400 in year one, €1,800 in year two and €1,950 in year three, plus prorated holiday and Christmas pay; full coverage of university fees; mobility allowance of up to €30 net per month; six weeks of annual leave; personal buddy; product, systems, sales and soft-skills training; increasing project and leadership responsibilities; 15% discount at OBI; discounted company bike.
