3 degrees in 3 years: With our high school graduate program you combine the training "Retail Merchant" with the further education "Certified Retail Specialist IHK" and additionally acquire the "AdA Certificate" according to AEVO – your goal: to lead your own team as a branch manager in the future; During the practical phases in the branch you learn our business from the ground up and experience how we ensure a successful shopping experience with quality, freshness and cleanliness; Whether in goods shelving and presentation, disposition or at the checkout: You get stuck in and are fully committed; In addition, we prepare you in employee leadership so that you can soon take over your first shift; For the further development of your skills you take part in various trainings and seminars – and also acquire the IHK trainer certificate; The theoretical phases take place in block lessons at an external education center (any travel/accommodation costs are covered by Lidl)
