Efficient control of work processes, product availability in your branch, and achieving the best possible turnover are in your hands. You lead and motivate the team and train our junior staff. Together with your team, you take on all tasks in the sales and storage areas. For example, you check incoming goods, inspect quality and best-before dates, and ensure an appealing presentation on the sales floor. Additionally, you ensure product availability, regularly restock fruit, vegetables, and baked goods, and monitor their freshness.

Drive to lead the branch to success. Completed vocational training in retail and initial experience as a branch manager, store manager, or branch manager. Friendly demeanor and enjoyment in dealing with customers. Motivation, commitment, and willingness to pitch in. Leadership competence and communication skills, as well as flexibility and team spirit. Desire to work carefully and with dedication. Good German language skills (at least level B1) to ensure smooth communication with customers.
