Apprenticeship as Sales Assistant / Retail Management Assistant starting 01.08.2027

In the 2-year apprenticeship as a sales assistant or the 3-year apprenticeship as a retail management assistant, you will learn how retail processes work: starting with ordering goods, through receipt, presentation and storage of goods, to sales and sales-promoting measures. Your tasks include: accepting goods deliveries, shelving goods and product presentation, freshness control in the fruit and vegetable section, ensuring availability of our baked goods, cashiering and cash reconciliation, ensuring order and cleanliness in the store. Depending on the collective bargaining area, you will work between 37 and 39 hours per week including vocational school times. The vocational school will be near your place of residence.

A school leaving certificate (qualifying lower secondary school certificate or intermediate school leaving certificate). Enthusiasm for food and consumer goods. Motivation, initiative and reliability. Numerical skills and desire to actively apply them with us. Team spirit and enjoyment of contact with customers. Good German skills (at least language level B1) to ensure smooth communication with customers.
