Apprenticeship as Sales Assistant / Retail Management Assistant starting 1 August 2027

Two- or three-year apprenticeship in food retail covering ordering, receiving, presenting, storing, and selling goods as well as sales promotion activities.

Accept deliveries; put goods away and present them; check freshness in the fruit and vegetable section; ensure bakery products are available; operate the cash register and complete cash reconciliation; maintain order and cleanliness in the store.

Qualifying lower secondary school certificate or intermediate school-leaving certificate; enthusiasm for food and consumer goods; motivation, initiative, and reliability; good numeracy skills; team spirit and enjoyment of customer contact; good German skills at least at B1 level.
