Active support of store management and assumption of first leadership tasks; Analysis and optimization of store key figures in cooperation with the store management team; Creation of personnel deployment planning and coordination of inventory measures; Getting to know various store structures and processes; Participation in daily business, e.g. in inventory management and merchandise shelving; Cashier activities and cash reconciliation.

Completed apprenticeship, e.g. as salesperson or retail management assistant (m/f/d); First professional experience in a leadership position; Willingness to work in operational store business; High willingness to learn, quick comprehension and reliability; Enthusiasm for leadership tasks, flexibility and organizational talent; Career changers, e.g. from gastronomy or hospitality, are welcome.
