Abitur program at ALDI SÜD in Bayreuth: within three years you earn the qualifications of retail merchant, state-certified retail business specialist and trainer aptitude under AEVO.

• Presenting and maintaining goods: You ensure excellent product quality and that goods always look appealing.
• Cashiering: You help customers do their shopping safely, quickly and coolly.
• Creating special shopping experiences: You respond empathetically to customers' wishes.
• Organising the stockroom and doing inventories: You look after goods in the stockroom, keep order and keep track during inventories.
• From month 18 you take responsibility for stock management and store organisation.

• Convincing Abitur or Fachabitur: Start straight away on 1 August if you already have the university entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences in Germany.
• Willingness to perform, determination and assertiveness: You bring a real doer mentality.
• Team spirit and communication skills: You love interacting and exchanging with others.
• Reliability and flexibility: You handle the challenge before and during your store's opening hours.
