Graduate Program Retail Business Manager 2027

In ALDI SÜD's Abitur graduate program you earn three qualifications within three years: retail sales clerk, state-certified retail business manager and trainer qualification under AEVO. Start on 1 August.

• Presenting and caring for goods: you ensure excellent product quality and that products always look appealing, from fresh fruit to great promotional items.
• Checkout work: you are the friendly face helping our customers complete their purchases, safely, quickly and coolly.
• Creating special shopping experiences: you respond empathetically to customers' wishes and create a great shopping atmosphere.
• Organizing the storeroom and carrying out inventories: you look after goods in the storeroom, keep things tidy and keep track during inventories.
• From the 18th month you take responsibility for stock management and store organization.

• Convincing Abitur or Fachabitur: start right away on 1 August if you already have the university entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences in Germany.
• Willingness to perform, determination and assertiveness: you bring a real go-getter mentality.
• Team spirit and communication skills: you love interacting and exchanging with others.
• Reliability and flexibility: you handle the challenge before and within your store's opening hours.
