Junior Management Trainee Retail

ALDI SÜD offers a trainee program toward deputy store manager, as a future store management trainee across several stores. It lasts from 15 months up to a maximum of 3 years.

• Active support of the store manager and taking on first leadership tasks
• Analysis and optimization of store figures together with the store's management team
• Creating staff schedules and coordinating inventory measures
• Getting to know different store structures and processes
• Helping with daily business, e.g. stock management and shelf stocking
• Cashier work and cash register accounting

• Completed vocational training, e.g. as a sales assistant or retail clerk (m/f/d)
• First work experience in a leadership position
• Commitment to day-to-day store operations
• Strong willingness to learn, quick grasp and reliability
• Enthusiasm for leadership tasks, flexibility and organizational talent
• Career changers, e.g. from catering or hospitality, are welcome
