Inside Sales Representative*, Residential Heating Technology

Alexander Bürkle GmbH & Co. KG is seeking an inside sales representative for residential heating technology at its Freiburg im Breisgau location, starting at the earliest possible date. The role supports trade customers with smart building technology solutions.

Provide technical advice and design heating, air-conditioning and ventilation systems. Actively sell the product range and develop suitable solutions. Prepare and follow up on quotations. Accept, record and process customer orders on time. Advise and support customers by phone. Work closely with field sales and assist with bills of quantities.

Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, sanitary, heating and air-conditioning technology, or wholesale and foreign trade; alternatively, further training as a technician or master craftsperson in electrical engineering or HVAC. Technical understanding and interest in residential heating, heating, air-conditioning and ventilation technology. Ideally, knowledge of electric room heating or related building-services systems. Enjoyment of technical customer consulting, confident use of MS Office, ideally experience with merchandise management systems, strong communication skills, team spirit, initiative and a structured, independent working style.
