Technical Inside Sales – Photovoltaics

For the smart buildings division, a technical inside sales specialist for photovoltaics (f/m/d) is sought for the Competence Center at the earliest possible date. Competence Centers pool product, service and software expertise and act as central knowledge carriers. In close cooperation with sales, they identify customer needs early, develop holistic solution concepts and support their implementation. Locations: Freiburg, Karlsruhe or Pforzheim.

Customer care and technical consulting in photovoltaics and complementary energy solutions such as battery storage, inverters, e-mobility and energy management. Planning and design of individual system solutions according to customer requirements. Preparation and calculation of quotes and independent processing of customer orders. Monitoring of delivery dates and ensuring timely order fulfillment. Close cooperation with internal sales departments and support of field sales in the successful implementation of customer and sales projects. Point of contact for technical questions regarding the product portfolio in renewable energies.

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally in wholesale and foreign trade, or technical training in electrical engineering (e.g. electronics technician for energy and building technology, technician or master craftsman with a focus on electrical engineering). Good knowledge of photovoltaics and related system solutions such as inverters, battery storage and energy management. Ideally practical experience in sales, customer consulting or technical support of products and system solutions. Structured, independent and responsible work approach and enjoyment of customer contact. Experience with ERP systems. Proficient in MS Office applications.
