HR Development Specialist - Focus Learning & Development

In this role, you take on a central task in the further development of our HR development and internal academy. You accompany the conception and implementation of modern learning and development offerings, support central development processes and contribute to the sustainable further development of our learning and leadership culture. Conception, creation and further development of learning and development offerings for employees and managers - Planning, organisation and implementation of qualification measures, workshops and trainings - Preparation, moderation and conduct of presentations and events in the area of learning and development - Consulting and support of managers and employees on development and qualification measures - Participation in HR development projects and support in the further development of processes and concepts - Creation and further development of digital learning formats and learning media - Administrative support of further training measures, maintenance of learning offerings in the Learning Management System (LMS) as well as documentation and evaluation of measures - Evaluation of development measures and derivation of optimisation possibilities

Completed degree in HR development, pedagogy, adult education, business psychology, psychology, education management, business administration with focus on HR or a comparable qualification - First professional experience in HR development, Learning & Development or corporate training. Alternatively, you have already gained relevant experience during your studies through internships, working student activities or own projects - Experience in conception and implementation of learning and qualification measures - Knowledge of modern methods and didactic approaches of adult education as well as digital learning formats - Enjoyment of moderation, presentation and cooperation with different target groups - A structured, independent and reliable way of working as well as organisational talent - Openness to new ideas and joy in actively shaping change and contributing own impulses - Resilience, assertiveness and communication strength in dealing with different target groups - Proficient use of MS Office and digital collaboration and communication tools - Ideally first experience with Learning Management Systems and authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline or Rise)
