Inside Sales Representative in Key Account Management

We are a technology service provider for the electrical engineering sector. Key Account Management at Alexander Bürkle is located in the Electrical Trade and Industry business units and forms a central interface to our most important customers. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) in Key Account Management as soon as possible.

Handling of all customer correspondence as well as acceptance and recording of customer orders; Preparation of offers including price calculation and proactive follow-up on open offers; Ensuring timely and reliable order processing; Processing and coordination of complaints; Close cooperation with field service and various business units for optimal customer support and project handling; Organization and processing of joint tasks and customer inquiries – especially in a shared mailbox; Active support of Key Account Management and independent assumption of arising tasks; Maintenance of professional and partnership-based customer relationships

Completed commercial training, ideally with electrical engineering knowledge; Ideally experience in inside sales or customer service; Interest in electrical engineering products and solutions; Strong organizational talent and a structured, careful way of working; Proactive attitude and willingness to take on tasks independently; Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with customers, colleagues, and various business units; Independent and responsible way of working; Proficient in MS Office applications and ideally experience with merchandise management systems
